Mostly virtual. It’s the most efficient way for us to jump right into the work and use our digital tools without worrying about traffic. That said, if you’re local and prefer to meet in person, I’m happy to talk through that. Just keep in mind that for in-person sessions, I typically add a travel fee based on the location and time involved

Because focus is a finite resource. In my experience, longer sessions often lead to 'scope creep'—where you try to fix everything at once and end up making real progress on nothing.
Reducing the time forces hyper-focus. By narrowing our window to 40 minutes, we are forced to identify the single most impactful lever you can pull right now. This constraint creates the clarity needed for a concrete roadmap and, ultimately, faster results. We spend 5 minutes on the 'now,' 30 minutes on the 'how,' and 5 minutes on the 'next.'

No heavy homework is required. All I ask is that you come with one specific challenge, a current goal, or a bottleneck that is slowing you down. We do the heavy lifting together during the call.

That is a common starting point. In these cases, we use the session to audit your current 'landscape'—reviewing your calendar, pipeline, or long-term objectives. Often, the most valuable work happens when we step back from daily fires to identify the strategic 'peaks' you should be aiming for next. We'll find the bottleneck together.

The frequency depends entirely on your goals. Most clients find that meeting every other week provides the best balance of momentum and time to implement the roadmap. However, some prefer weekly sessions for high-intensity growth, while others find monthly check-ins sufficient for long-term strategy.
There are no long-term contracts. You can book a single Focused Session as needed, or choose a Momentum Pack (4 sessions) if you want consistent accountability and a more structured pace of progress.
