After fifteen years in learning and development at SolarCity, Tesla, and Sunrun (most recently as Senior Director of Learning), I decided this past June it was time to leave the corporate world behind.

My wife and I took the summer to travel and camp with our three kids, and when we got home, I decided I was ready to take everything my teams and I had built for fast-growing national companies and bring it home to owners right here in Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler.

At Sunrun, my team and I built a company-wide knowledge base for ten thousand employees, created a leadership development program from the ground up, rebuilt the bulk of onboarding and training, and-during my last year alone-supported forty major product and process launches.

I ask good questions, connect the dots, and translate complex problems into clear plans that actually get executed.
