Chris began his career as an award-winning top sales representative and leader in solar. His success led him to co-create and lead a leadership development program for hundreds of sales leaders. This shift launched his 12-year career in Learning & Development at the three largest U.S. residential solar installers: SolarCity, Tesla, and Sunrun.
Most recently, as Sr. Director of Learning Experience at Sunrun, Chris oversaw company-wide training including onboarding, legal and compliance, knowledge management, and ongoing training. Chris now is the owner and operator of Maddox Edge LLC.
